How much does an HVAC service call cost?
Estimates for installations and replacements are free. For repairs, we charge a flat diagnostic fee that is applied to the repair if you approve the work. You always get a written price before we start — no hourly surprises.
How long does an air conditioning system last?
A well-maintained central AC or heat pump typically lasts 12–17 years in the Massachusetts climate. Once a system is past 12 years and needs a major repair, replacing it is often cheaper over five years than repairing it — we'll show you the math either way.
Can I get a rebate for a heat pump in Massachusetts?
Massachusetts homeowners may qualify for Mass Save® rebates and 0% financing on qualifying high-efficiency heat pumps, plus federal tax credits. Eligibility and amounts change, so we check your specific situation and help you with the paperwork before you commit.
How often should I service my heating and cooling system?
Twice a year — cooling in the spring, heating in the fall. Annual maintenance is also a condition of most manufacturer warranties, so skipping it can cost you coverage on an expensive part.
